
Dealer Acquisition & Development:
Proactively identify and recruit new potential dealers within the Southern
region
to expand the company's footprint
.
Conduct sales presentations and pitches to prospective dealers regarding product specifications and partnership benefits
.
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Johor dealers, addressing inquiries related to stock availability and pricing
.
Regularly visit dealerships to provide support, monitor performance, and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction
.
Sales & Order Management:
Drive sales targets by processing dealer orders accurately and efficiently
.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of motorcycles and spare parts to dealers in the southern region
.
Market Intelligence & Technical Consultation:
Stay up-to-date on competitor movements, pricing, and motorcycle market trends in Johor
.
Offer basic technical consultations to dealers to assist them in identifying the correct spare parts and product features for their customers
.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, sales performance, and regional inventory
.
Generate necessary sales documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and monthly regional reports
.
Experience:
Preferably at least
1 or more years
of relevant experience in sales or the automotive industry
.
Product Knowledge:
Possess basic knowledge of
motorcycle spare parts
and automotive specifications
.
Language Skills:
Proficient in
Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
to communicate with diverse dealer networks effectively
.
Technical Skills:
Computer literate and competent in
Microsoft Excel
; experience with Shopee & Lazada platforms is an added advantage
.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills, meticulous, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term business relationships
.
Attitude:
Highly motivated "hunter" mindset with a good attitude and the ability to work independently in the Johor region
