Execute assigned table games in accordance with established policies, procedures, and gaming regulations while delivering exceptional customer service. The Dealer is responsible for managing all aspects of live table game operations with precision, accuracy, and professionalism.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

  • Conduct live table games in strict compliance with standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
  • Execute card shuffling and dealing with precision and accuracy to ensure game integrity.
  • Calculate card face values with speed and accuracy to facilitate seamless game progression.
  • Process currency exchanges and distribute chips in appropriate denominations.
  • Collect losing bets and cards from customer betting areas; distribute winnings and position chips in designated betting squares.
  • Complete all required gaming forms, records, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Report any irregularities, gaming violations, or operational concerns to supervisory personnel immediately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop proficiency in multiple table games, including both seated and standing positions, and rotate assignments as directed.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced gaming environment
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods throughout assigned shifts
  • Dexterity and coordination to execute precise card handling and chip distribution
  • Capacity to bend and reach across gaming tables as required for operational duties
  • Commitment to obtaining and maintaining all necessary gaming licenses and certifications as mandated by applicable regulations
  • Strong knowledge of and adherence to company policies and gaming regulations

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Minimum six (6) months of professional table games dealing experience
  • Completion of an accredited dealer training program or dealer's school
  • Proficiency in multiple table games and gaming formats
  • Demonstrated track record of maintaining accurate gaming records and documentation
