This position is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and complying with all service standards set forth within Casino Operations Under the general supervision of Table Games Supervisors, this role is responsible for the dealing of cards, paying and taking of bets, cash and chip transactions, security of assigned table, opening and closing of tables. Also responsible for accepting fills, credits and notifying the Supervisor of Dealer errors and also, positively contributes to an entrepreneurial culture that is nimble, energized growth oriented, to self-motivate and lead by example. Above all else, must be aligned with, and promote, Shorelines Casinos culture and philosophy of creating a great, memorable experience for our guests and colleagues.
