- Act as a subject matter expert on deal desk processes, providing guidance and recommendations for complex pricing and commercial scenarios.
- Apply commercial frameworks and analytical judgment to assess pricing risks, identify trade-offs, and support well-informed decisions.
- Contribute to team development through coaching, constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and identification of training opportunities.
- Support global strategic initiatives and projects that improve commercial operations, pricing processes, and business performance.
- Prioritize competing requests effectively while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in deal desk, commercial pricing, sales operations, revenue operations, or a comparable function, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to assess pricing risks, understand business implications, and make sound commercial decisions.
- Excellent critical and logical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with CPQ or deal management platforms; DealHub experience is preferred

- Proven project management capabilities, including identifying business needs, developing effective solutions, and managing initiatives through completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex commercial topics clearly.
- Strategic mindset with strong prioritization skills and the flexibility to adapt as business priorities and market conditions change.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a relatively flat organization.
- Strong technical proficiency with business productivity tools, particularly Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, resellers, customers, and other stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
- Candidates who do not meet every listed requirement are still encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate strong transferable experience and the ability to succeed in the role.
