The Deal DeskAnalystwill be responsible for helping our global salesorganizationfacilitate the sales process acrossDatasite’ssuite of products.This critical role will assist the sales cycle from quote to collection in a timely and accurate manner to ensure there is a smooth transition between systems, order acknowledgement,validation/integrity of ordersand making sure statements to customers are accurate. Establishing strong cross-functional relationships and collaboration with the Sales, Finance,Billingand Customer Support teams is essential for this role.

Accountabilities:

  • Workclosely with the Global Deal Desk team to triageitems received in the shared inbox

  • Proactive monitoring& actioningof theGlobalDealDeskaudit queue

  • Help validate all critical information for each deal in CRM from deal structuring to closed won

  • Process (review and approve or escalate) exception pricing within guidance parameters

  • Identify and make recommendations for process improvements; assist or drive implementation

  • Support our e-signatureprocess with relation to sales contracts

  • Assisting with continuous improvement projects& associateddocumentation

  • Become an SME onDatasite’squote to cash process

  • Cultivate internal relationships with all levels of the salesorganization

MinimumQualifications: 

  • 2years of experience in a deal desk,bid management, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenuerole

  • 2 years of Software/SaaS industry experience

  • 2 years of CPQ tool experience

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate a variety of salescycles

  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills – verbal andwritten

  • Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams, building meaningful business relationships along theway

  • Experience in handling both transactional based and subscription SAASofferingsales

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; dependable with deliverables and deadlines, able to multi-task

  • Flexible to work extended hours during peakperiods

  • Result driven and organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment

  • Strong listening, analytical and organizational skills
