We are seeking a Deal Desk Analystto join our growing team. This role serves as a critical link between Sales and Onboarding, ensuring customers transition seamlessly while internal processes run smoothly.
The Deal Desk Analyst role is highly cross-functional, combining customer-facing interaction, technical troubleshooting, and operational quality assurance.You will play a key role in maintaining deal integrity, resolving escalations, and supporting a best-in-class customer experience.

💡 Compensation:$62,000 annually
