Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Deal Coster to join our team for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and finance or accounting, with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring that all deals are properly costed and processed, contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify all automotive sales deals for accuracy and completeness
• Calculate and input deal costs, including taxes, fees, and other charges
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in deal costs and paperwork
• Maintain accurate records of all deals and related financial transactions
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices

Requirements

• Immediate opening – we are looking to hire right away!
• No experience necessary – we will train the right candidate!
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices a plus

Pay Rate:

-Hourly position: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour
