The Associate Director role is focused on leading financial due diligence engagements, managing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the due diligence offering within Deal Advisory. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing project delivery, presenting insights to clients, developing team members and contributing to business development across a broad range of transaction-related assignments.
Key responsibilities:
Lead financial due diligence engagements for corporate, private equity and lender clients across a broad range of sectors and transaction contexts;
Oversee key workstreams including earnings analysis, working capital assessments, cash flow review, net debt and debt-like analysis, and the identification of transaction risks and value drivers;
Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout engagements, ensuring issues are communicated clearly, timelines are met and deliverables are produced to a high standard;
Present findings and commercial insights to clients, helping them understand key financial matters, deal considerations and negotiation implications;
Support directors and partners in developing client relationships, preparing proposals and converting new opportunities into mandates; and
Provide leadership, coaching and oversight to managers and junior team members, contributing to team development and high-quality project execution.
