POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Associate

OVERALL PURPOSE:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition Admin Associate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment administration process, including preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, scheduling phone screens and interviews, initiating and tracking background checks, and coordinating hiring assessments as required.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to recruiters and candidates through timely communication, accurate tracking, and proper prioritization of requests to meet service levels. Ensure candidate follow-ups, interview coordination, and travel arrangements are completed efficiently. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of urgency are required.

Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Cyberpark Tower 1SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 6 months of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
