Do you have a passion for providing world-class service and driving excellence? De Palm Tours is seeking a Luxury Driver to deliver an exceptional, personalized experience for our high-end clientele across Aruba.

In this prestigious role, you’ll be responsible for the safe, discreet, and efficient transportation of clients in luxury vehicles from airport transfers and private tours to business trips and special events. You’ll ensure every ride reflects De Palm Tours’ standards of luxury, professionalism, and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients to and from destinations, including airports, hotels, meetings, and events.
• Deliver a personalized and memorable experience by anticipating client needs and preferences.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Share engaging insights about Aruba’s culture, history, and attractions (when appropriate).
• Keep your assigned vehicle spotless, fully equipped, and in top condition.
• Coordinate schedules and routes efficiently with the operations team.
• Uphold all safety, appearance, and service standards of De Palm Tours.

Requirements:

• Minimum E.P.B. or equivalent education.
• Valid B-Class Driver’s License (D-Class is a plus) and eligibility for a driver’s permit.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury transportation, hospitality, or tourism.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Dutch and Papiamento are a plus).
• Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of Aruba’s roads, attractions, and culture.
• Strong sense of discretion, reliability, and client care.
• Ability to assist with luggage and perform light vehicle maintenance.
• Minimum age: 21 years.
