Lead high-priority escalations to resolution in close coordination with key stakeholders
Resolve factory-, Customer Support-, and supplier-related issues to ensure business continuity
Translate stakeholder requests into clear and executable development engineering project deliverables
Prioritize tasks and projects based on business needs and operational urgency
Manage development engineering projects by balancing scope, cost, schedule, and quality in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate farm-out partners and internal development engineering teams to deliver the agreed scope, plan, deliverables, and budget
Report overall project status, risks, and mitigation actions to the program team and management
Develop and maintain effective working relationships across relevant stakeholder groups
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
More than 5 years of experience as a project leader managing multidisciplinary technical projects
Experience in the semiconductor industry, including interaction with Customer Support and/or demand and supply management, is preferred
Sustaining a mature lithography system involves continuous technical challenges, a strong emphasis on cost-effective solutions, and evolving business models. The role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives.

Business Line DUV IBE Development and Engineering is responsible for supporting business continuity for the entire installed base of PAS5500 steppers and scanners, as well as extending the lifetime of XT 1/2/3 systems.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
