Position: Data Steward & Master Data Specialist (Global HRIS
Level: Deputy Department Manager
Work location: Samut Sakhon, TUTH3
Responsibility:
- Master Data Management
- Maintain global HR master data standards.
- Define and manage workforce data structures and hierarchies.
- Govern employee, position, organization, location, and job data.
- Coordinate master data changes across regions.
- Ensure consistency across all HR platforms.
- Data Governance
- Develop and maintain HR data governance frameworks.
- Define business rules and data ownership models.
- Establish data validation controls and monitoring processes.
- Support compliance with data governance policies.
- Facilitate data governance meetings and initiatives.
Qualification:
- Education
Bachelor's degree in: Information Systems, Data
Management, Business Administration, Computer Science
- Experience 3-7
years in: Master Data Management, Data Governance, HRIS
Administration, Data Quality Management
Technical Skills
- Must Have
: Data Governance, Master Data Management, SQL, Excel
