Your new role

As Digital, Data & IT Manager, you'll be the strategic partner connecting technology innovation with business impact. You'll own the execution of digital transformation programs, drive AI adoption across the organization, and lead change that creates lasting operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the strategic Digital, Data & IT partner to the affiliate business, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions

- Owning and governing digital transformation and DDI program execution, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business value

- Leading digital excellence and AI adoption initiatives, championing organizational change and building capability across teams

- Driving process automation and operational efficiency improvements that enhance productivity and user experience

- Enabling frontline, omnichannel engagement strategies and ensuring strong user adoption of digital tools and platforms

- Managing stakeholder relationships, vendor partnerships, and ensuring full regulatory and IT compliance across all initiatives

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of technology and business transformation. You'll bring with you:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Digital Innovation, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) training

-Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, Database or Data Warehouse systems and analytics tools such as Power BI, Fabric, etc.

- 3+ years of experience as a Digital, Data & IT business partner in a complex organizational environment, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries

- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, including AI adoption, or advanced digital solutions

- Strong track record in governing multi‑stakeholder digital programs, with clear focus on value realization and compliance

- Hands‑on expertise in designing and implementing digital solutions, leveraging emerging technologies

- Experience working cross‑functionally within healthcare or pharmaceutical, with solid understanding of the digital health ecosystem in Thailand

- Excellent stakeholder management and fluent English (oral and written)
