Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1.Responsible for system-level electromagnetic simulation of data center power systems, including:

1.Development of system-level electromagnetic models

2.Parasitic resistance, inductance, and capacitance (RLC) extraction and simulation of power delivery paths

3.Electro-thermal coupling analysis

4.Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) prediction and compliance assessment

5.Evaluation of stray magnetic field effects on surrounding sensitive equipment

6.Electromagnetic force analysis for power system components and assemblies

2. Develop and establish the electromagnetic simulation platform for Data Center Power systems, including simulation methodologies, modeling standards, and design workflows.

3. Provide electromagnetic simulation support for customer-specific projects, enabling design optimization, risk assessment, and technical solution validation.

4. Conduct research on electromagnetic characteristics of AI Data Center power systems, including power distribution networks, transient behaviors, EMI/EMC performance, and emerging high-power-density architectures.

Qualifications


1.Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electromagnetics, Power Electronics, or related disciplines, with experience in data center, power electronics, or power system R&D. Ph.D. degree is preferred.

2.Solid foundation in electromagnetic field theory, circuit theory, and power electronics, with strong knowledge of EMI/EMC design and analysis.

3.Proficient in system-level modeling and co-simulation tools such as PSCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, Ansys Maxwell, and Q3D.

4.Experience in system-level modeling, parasitic RLC extraction, electro-thermal coupling analysis, and electromagnetic force simulation.

5.Strong capabilities in technical innovation, simulation platform development, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to independently conduct technical research and support customer project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications


1.Experience in AI Data Center (AIDC), HVDC/MVDC, or high-power-density power system development.
