9. Identify material/parts/techniques with localization possibility
10. Coordination of SE work with suppliers, implementation of concept competitions
11. Supplier scouting and selection with PUQ, process acceptance supplier
12. Initiator pre-sourcing meeting for supplier pre-selection Inquiries new part
13. Determine Q requirements (regarding tolerance, process capability, machine capacity, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc) in technical talks with suppliers
14. Identify material/parts/techniques with related department and project-related change management
15. localization projects, management external procurement part projects
16. Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and first serial delivery
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minim 3 years of purchasing experience and 1 years of project management in mechanical or electronic industry.
3. Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949/QS9000 quality management system and tools.
4. Rich Experience on supplier development.
5. Good communication skill & interpersonal skill
6. Good experience at project management
7. Familiar with mechanical, electrical components manufacturing process and quality management sense
8. Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent, team work player.
9. Willingness to frequent travel
