7.明确谈判目标与策略，团队内部分工。
8.材料与数据准备，包含公司与产品介绍（包含产品成功案例、技术特性、标书、报价等）。
9.推进投标或谈判进展，把控节奏、灵活调整策略。
10.与客户沟通合同条款，包含付款、违约、供货周期、合规等信息。
11.技术协议的准备和签订。若无技术协议则需按要求填写技术规格书。
12.将合同及相关技术附件移交至SCC部门进行审核并进行签字流程。
13.将签署好的合同给到客户回签，并执行合同。
14.按照公司质量控制流程，组织相关部门召开会议了解合同及订单的关键信息。
15.在接到客户投诉时，将信息及时转移至SVE4进行投诉处理，并关注投诉处理进程，并协调相关处理。
16.定期组织公司技术、质量人员与客户的交流。
17.积极组织并参与公司的客户日活动。
18.关键客户的定期拜访。
