We're looking for a passionate and people-focused Distribution Centre (DC) Team Leader(Afternoon Shift) to join our Supply Chain team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll guide a team on the warehouse floor, champion safety, drive operational excellence and help create an environment where people can thrive.

The Role You Could Play

As a Distribution Centre Team Leader, you'll be the day-to-day leader and subject matter expert for your team, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and with our customer front of mind. Working closely with your Zone Manager, you'll support daily performance while coaching and developing team members to achieve their best.

  • Lead and support your team to achieve daily operational targets while maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.

  • Allocate resources, monitorworkflow and keep operations running smoothly across your area.

  • Coach, train and develop team members, creating an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement smarter ways of working.

  • Act as the first point of contact for operational, people and safety matters on the warehouse floor.

What You Will Bring

We're looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys developing others and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Experience leading or coordinating a team within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or a similar operational environment.

  • A genuine commitment to creating a safe workplace and fostering a safety-first culture.

  • Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.

  • Experience working with RF scanning or automated warehouse systems is highly regarded.
