The DC Supervisor (DCS) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within an assigned team and/or shift in DMA’s distribution center. Reporting directly to the DC Manager and/or Assistant DC Manager, the DCS ensures timely and accurate processing of customer orders, the effective execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and promotes a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This position plays a critical leadership role in supervising associates, managing workflow, coordinating with other operational leaders, and supporting team performance aligned with company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
