Supporting the delivery of the EU Logistics operation across the DC by performing a variety of tasks and duties across the inbound, processing and outbound functions, for our Direct, Retail and Wholesale & Franchise channels for all URBN European brands.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Executing all operational tasks following comprehensive training, commencing from the receipt of inbound goods and extending through the processes of picking, packing, and shipping, in order to fulfill the operational demands effectively during any shift.
  • Maintaining world class standards of housekeeping, hygiene and safety across the DC for yourself and your colleagues, to help achieve our goal of providing a Great Place to
  • Being a role model and ambassador for our culture, in line with our vision &
  • Adhering to documented SOP’s for each operation, while also working with your colleagues and managers to ensure these SOP’s are accurate and kept up to date.

What You'll Need

  • Roles require manual dexterity and accuracy, also there will be elements of manual handling across most operations.
  • Most roles have some elements of T / systems interaction, such as using RF guns for picking or inputting of data for customer returns, so previous experience of using computers would be useful.
  • High standards for yourself and your work is important, with the ability to be flexible and adaptable with both your duties.
  • Previous experience working within a warehousing or distribution centre environment is an advantage but not essential.
  • Able to work within a team environment and support the DC culture, performing in line with our vision and values.

You will need to be available to attend our assessment centre on the 13th July 2026 at 11am
