The Distribution Center (DC) Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in driving daily operations and delivering safe, efficient, and accurate outcomes across assigned departments. This leader partners closely with Supervisors and team members to execute operational plans, maintain budget discipline, and uphold compliance standards while fostering a culture of accountability, development, and inclusivity.
As part of a retail company undergoing transformation, the DC Operations Manager must demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset, leading teams confidently through change while maintaining focus on performance, safety, and engagement.
