Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate / Equipment Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our operations running efficiently while helping support a positive and productive team environment.

In this role, you will:

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move products throughout the facility
• Support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management
• Assist with coordinating daily workflow and prioritizing department activities
• Help the team achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy
• Assist with training and supporting team members across multiple warehouse functions
• Troubleshoot and help resolve day-to-day operational challenges
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Champion Ferguson's commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred qualifications include:

• 0-3 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or equipment operation experience
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment processes
• Ability to learn and perform multiple warehouse functions

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning warehouse systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Leadership potential and a willingness to help train and support others

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $23.79

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
