Job Description

At least 5-7 years of working experience in the Telecommunication industry as a project manager/coordinator with technical experience in fiber optics technology. • Experience in working and managing the delivery of different service types such as the following. o Leased Wave o Dark Fiber o IP-Out of Band o Bulk Fiber o Cross connection • Experience in doing Circuit Testing under the following. o Dark Fiber – OTDR o Leased Wave – RFC, BERT • Experience in managing the termination of multiple contracts related to Disconnect Requests. o Circuit information research o Knows how to read contract including the pricing and master service agreement clause o Able to connect with the Legal Team for circuit termination request o Coordinate un-patching request of fibers • Experience and working knowledge on OSI Layer 1 (Physical) 2 (Datalink) troubleshooting (WAN point to point connection) 3 (Network Layer) 4 (Transport Layer) 5 (Session layer) 6 (Presentation Layer) and 7 (Application Layer) • Familiarity with network path elements in data centers such as router ports, patch panels, DWDM and other transport equipment. • Experience in working with internal groups (Project Managers, Provisioners, Legal Team, Field Force, etc.) • Experience in reading test results, and facilitating end to end circuit testing • Excellent English-speaking skills. • Capable of managing high pressure and short timelines, with the willingness to be flexible • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and adapt to changing projects and process improvements. • Experience in managing and collaborating with the Team • With People Management Experience (Supervisory/Managerial)
