Job Description

We are connecting experienced D&C Contracts Specialists to support client projects, ensuring effective management of drilling and completions contracts, compliance with company standards, and mitigation of operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison with Wells, SCM, Legal, and Finance teams to prepare, execute, and manage the full lifecycle of drilling-related contracts, ensuring competitive, compliant services while mitigating risk.
• Conduct market surveys, prepare tender plans, evaluate bids, and negotiate terms with vendors and service providers.
• Oversee contract administration, performance monitoring, and close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project objectives.
• Capture and document lessons learned and best practices for all contracts to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in end-to-end contract management within Drilling operations.
• Tertiary qualification preferred, particularly in Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal, and written English skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
