DBA - SQL Server & PostgreSQL - Platform Modernization
Were working with a respected financial organization that's expanding its data infrastructure team with a seasoned Database Administrator experienced in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake This role plays a critical part in maintaining and modernizing a highly secure, performance-sensitive hybrid data environment supporting real-time financial operations.
About the Role
As a core member of the firm's data architecture and engineering function, you'll manage both legacy and cloud-native database systems, support production environments, implement automation and high availability, and contribute to cloud migration and data modernization strategies. This is a hybrid position based in Philadelphia, requiring 2 day per week onsite, with flexibility based on team needs and performance.
Experience supporting PostgreSQL on Red Hat Linux
Proficient in scripting: Python, T-SQL, PowerShell, or Bash
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
