  • Administer and maintain SQL Server database systems.
  • Monitor SQL Server health, diagnose and resolve performance issues, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures for SQL Server.
  • Perform routine data backups and test recovery procedures for SQL Server databases.
  • Implement and enforce SQL Server security policies and access controls.
  • Set up and maintain high availability solutions for SQL Server, such as clustering and replication
  • Plan and execute disaster recovery procedures for SQL Server databases.
  • Coordinate and execute data migration projects involving SQL Server.
  • Develop and implement SQL Server database monitoring tools and alerts.
  • Analyze and optimize SQL Server queries for improved performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SQL Server database systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to support application development, with a focus on SQL Server
