职位描述
1、负责集团核心数据库的日常运维、监控治理、架构设计与性能调优，保障集群高可用、安全、低成本稳定运行。 2、深度结合业务场景，主导数据库容量规划、无感弹性伸缩、版本升级与架构迭代，全程规避变更风险与性能瓶颈，保障业务平稳迭代。 3、负责多云跨地域双活、单元化存储架构的方案设计与落地，搭建完善的分布式容灾体系，保障核心业务持续稳定运行。 4、制定并落地数据库运维、变更、权限、安全管控标准化规范，联动研发、质量团队对齐落地，统一技术标准与运维规范。 5、负责数据库备份恢复验证、异常检测、故障预判等能力建设，同时开展数据库安全加固、漏洞治理与红蓝对抗，持续夯实数据安全防御体系。
职位要求
1、本科以上学历，具备5年以上大规模数据库、缓存、消息中间件等运维经验，熟练掌握 Python、Go、Java 等至少一门编程语言。 2、沉稳、细致、谨慎的工作风格，良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力，较强的责任心、洞察力和抗压能力，对生产系统有敬畏之心。 3、扎实的数据库基础理论知识，较强的学习能力，逻辑严谨、思路清晰，对于解决复杂问题有较强的心力和愿力，力争成为问题的终结者。 4、具备软硬件调优、中间件及数据库开发经验，有AI与数据系统结合并工程化、数据库安全攻防、红蓝对抗、安全测评经验者优先。
