We are currently seeking a Gym Receptionist to join our dynamic team and be the friendly face of our wellness and fitness facilities.

The Job

As Gym Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every member or visitor receives a warm welcome. You will manage daily front desk operations, handle bookings, provide information on facilities and services and support the team in delivering an exceptional fitness experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Handle bookings, memberships and payments accurately.
• Provide information about gym facilities, classes and services.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and fitness area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
• Fitness instructor certification or any recognized sports qualification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive, approachable and professional demeanour.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking or POS systems.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
