Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a warm, professional, and experienced Day/Night Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hotel. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay from the moment they arrive.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver a seamless check-in and check-out experience with efficiency and a smile.
  • Be a reliable point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering assistance with genuine care.
  • Go above and beyond to exceed expectations by creating authentic luxury moments.
  • Uphold and embody the highest hospitality standards, including LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) guidelines.

Qualifications

  • A hospitality enthusiast with a heart for service and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experienced in front desk operations, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.
  • A confident communicator who thrives in both day and night shifts.
  • Calm under pressure, organized, and always ready to make someone’s day better.
  • Skilled in identifying guest needs and proactively offering upgrades or additional services to enhance their stay.
