As a Daycare Toddler Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will be an ambassador of happiness, creating daily opportunities to make a difference in the lives of children, their families, and our communities. Our passionate teachers, responsible for implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, work with Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a lifelong love of learning. Our Toddler Teachers:

• Create a warm and inviting classroom environment where young children can learn, play, and grow.
• Foster a love for learning and exploration by utilizing our engaging and comprehensive L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, which serves as the foundation for creating exciting and developmentally appropriate lessons.
• Regularly communicate with parents, sharing their children's daily adventures and achievements through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Contribute to the success of the center by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Prioritize the safety and security of each child, ensuring their well-being at all times.

Toddler Teacher Qualifications:

• Ability to build strong relationships with families and coworkers, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment where play and learning thrive.
• Preferred: At least 6 months of professional teaching experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required. College coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• Preferred: CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Compensation: $14.96 - $18.02 per hour

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
