The Day Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for receiving inventory, replenishment and/or put-away activities either cases or bottles, record keeping of stock movements, inventory audits, repack damage products functions, pre picking orders either priority or next day orders, and housekeeping.
Shift is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for stocking locations in correct warehouse locations
Load, unload, and move product both with your hands and equipment, when applicable
Replenish pick lines with product and update locations
Put away pallets of inbound freight
Repackage product / assist in breakage area
Safely operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks to accurately move product to appropriate warehouse location to stage and stock product to maximize efficiency for order selection in warehouse locations
Ensure a safe working environment at all times
Order selection and cleanup activities as directed
Ability to accurately follow processes and procedures for any warehouse function
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
Warehouse experience (preferred)
Intermediate computer skills
Basic math skills are required
Ability to safely lift 40-50 lbs. REPEATEDLY
Good verbal/written communication skills
Experience with warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers and pallet jacks
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Must be available to meet scheduling requirements which may include additional hours without advance notice
Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
