We are seeking a talented Day Time Chef / Fresh Food Manager to join our team at EUROSPAR Barryroe. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of fresh, high-quality food items.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the fresh food department
Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
Create and update menus based on seasonal availability
Train and supervise kitchen staff
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
