What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate terminal yard loader equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Load and move materials to support daily yard and terminal operations.

  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks.

  • Monitor material inventory and communicate operational needs promptly.

  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.

  • Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to safe work habits.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Capability to perform physical tasks and operate in varying weather conditions.

  • Reliable, proactive individual with strong communication skills.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, push, pull, and lift materials or equipment as needed to perform job duties.

  • Capability to work in physically demanding conditions, including extended periods of equipment operation and movement across uneven terrain.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
