What You'll Be Doing

• Perform general plant cleanup, housekeeping, and material handling to support safe and efficient operations.

• Assist with maintenance tasks, including basic repairs and equipment support.

• Operate mobile and plant equipment as trained and assigned.

• Monitor material flow and communicate issues to ensure consistent production.

• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily production goals.

What Are We Looking For

• Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and maintain situational awareness.

• Capability to perform physical tasks such as shoveling, lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

• Willingness to learn equipment operation and support plant maintenance activities.

• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and reliability.

• Comfort working in an industrial environment with shifting priorities.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to work at heights, on uneven terrain, and in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and equipment; bend, kneel, stoop, and reach as job duties require.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
