What You'll Be Doing
Operate front-end loader to move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials safely and efficiently
Inspect equipment daily and perform basic preventive maintenance and reporting
Coordinate with plant and truck drivers to ensure accurate blending, loading, and material flow
Maintain clean, organized work areas including haul roads, stockpiles, and loading zones
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations at all times
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial setting
Strong attention to safety, detail, and operational efficiency
Effective communication and teamwork skills across crews and functions
Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and report equipment issues
Reliability, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Physical Demands
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during shifts
Capability to climb ladders, steps, and equipment multiple times per shift
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds as needed
Manual dexterity to operate controls and perform inspections
Visual and auditory acuity to safely operate equipment and recognize hazards
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
