What You'll Be Doing
Assist in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and mobile machinery.
Support preventive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and help implement timely solutions.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
Collaborate with experienced mechanics to build technical skills and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on equipment maintenance.
Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and apply new technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and accountability.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality of work.
Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members.

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
