What You'll Be Doing
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on quarry equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic issues efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to maximize equipment uptime and operational productivity.
Conduct inspections and document findings to support safe and compliant operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
What Are We Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
Experience with troubleshooting hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Commitment to safety protocols and best practices in an industrial environment.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative work culture.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidates must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
Regular lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds.
Performing repetitive motions and using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Exposure to dust, vibrations, and physically demanding tasks requiring endurance and flexibility.

Starting Pay $27.00 per hour DOE
