What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate excavators to safely move, load, and manage materials.

• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.

• Follow site plans, production goals, and safety protocols.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Support overall site operations as needed to maintain workflow.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating heavy equipment.

• Capability to climb steps and access machinery using handholds and ladders.

• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 50 pounds.

• Sustained use of hands, feet, and controls for equipment operation.

• Ability to work on uneven terrain and maintain balance and coordination.
