What You'll Be Doing
Operate dozer equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production and site operations
Perform grading, stockpiling, and material movement according to operational needs
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns
Follow site safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operational guidelines at all times
Collaborate with plant and equipment operators to maintain smooth site operations
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate heavy equipment, specifically dozers
Strong attention to safety, detail, and situational awareness in dynamic environments
Ability to interpret work instructions, site plans, and operational signals
Dependable, team‑oriented approach with clear communication skills
Willingness and capability to adapt to changing work demands and priorities
Physical Demands
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the work shift
Ability to climb on and off heavy equipment using ladders and steps multiple times per day
Ability to use hands and arms for operating controls, levers, joysticks, and steering mechanisms
Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to approximately 50 pounds
Ability to maintain alertness and visual awareness for safe equipment operation in varying conditions
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
