What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate plant equipment safely to support daily sand and gravel production.

  • Monitor material flow and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery.

  • Assist with cleanup, housekeeping, and safe worksite practices.

  • Communicate operational updates and potential issues to the plant team.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy and processing equipment.

  • Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety in an industrial environment.

  • Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors.

  • Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and equipment performance.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast‑paced production setting.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug creen, and background check.

  • Continued employment is contingent upon meeting all medical, fitness, and safety standards required for the role.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, and work on uneven surfaces as part of daily plant operations.
