The Day Program Supervisor will assist the administrative staff in determining training requirements for employees.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</strong></div><ul>
<li>Function as a Program Coordinator for the individual(s) served.</li>
<li>Assist in the development, preparation, and monitoring of individual(s) served ISP according to the guidelines of DMRS and other entities that provide regulatory oversight and/or funding, and according to the needs of the individual(s) served.</li>
<li>Interview prospective individual(s) served and families.</li>
<li>Coordinate and arrange appointments, meetings, etc.</li>
<li>Serve as a support for the individual(s) served, the individual(s) served's family, and Evergreen staff who provide services.</li>
<li>Monitor budgetary requirements and expenditures.</li>
<li>Ensure that all policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines are followed.</li>
<li>Assist with scheduling individual(s) served for specific training and maintaining documentation of such training.</li>
<li>Will be on call and assist the Program Supervisor and Executive Director as needed in performing any other tasks as assigned.</li>
<li>Abides by all policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines for safety, quality assurance, and general corporate oversight.</li>
<li>Meets with the individual(s) served, families, persons from other agencies, including state agencies, medical and other service providers, to develop individualized programs and services for the individual(s) served.</li>
<li>Coordinates services, monitors, and revises programs, and generally provides oversight of individual(s) served health and welfare. </li>
<li>Employs and trains staff and monitors their work performance. </li>
<li>Performs all supervisory duties as required. </li>
<li>Reviews written and oral reports on matters relating to the individual(s) served and acts through verbal and/or written instructions on these matters.</li>
<li>Assist in the performance of other duties required by the needs of the individual(s) served and as assigned by the Executive Director or Program Supervisor.</li>

</ul><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/JOB KNOWLEDGE</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in a related Human Service field preferred.</li>
<li>Must know how to determine the needs of individuals served and develop programs that will meet those needs.</li>
<li>Ability to calculate wages to assist individuals served</li>
<li>Prior work in a non-profit atmosphere and experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are preferred.</li>
<li>A combination of education and experience will be considered.</li>
<li>Occasionally exposed to viruses and infectious conditions.</li>
</ul><div><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></div><ul>
<li>Must have good physical and mental health and be able to work in a fast-paced work setting.</li>
<li>Must be able to deal with stress and adjust to a flexible work schedule. </li>
<li>Must be able to travel to various areas of the state and out of state, as well as work unscheduled shifts when the need arises.</li>
<li>Constantly moves about to coordinate work.</li>
<li>Regularly works in a fast-paced environment with multiple task deadlines.</li>
<li>Regularly moves and positions objects weighing up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Occasionally exposed to viruses and infectious conditions.</li>
<li>Constantly alert and observant during working hours.</li>

</ul><div><strong>SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></div><ul>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Google Workspace.</li>
<li>Aptitude to learn other software programs as required for this position.</li>
</ul><div><strong>EMPLOYMENT VARIABLES</strong></div><ul>
<li>Must have a good driving record that meets the minimum requirements for Evergreen and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.</li>
<li>Will frequently have direct contact with the individual(s) served and their families.</li>
<li>Availability for evening and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.</li>
