At Katsam, we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in keeping spaces CLEAN, SAFE, AND INVITING If you love working outdoors, staying active, and making a visible impact, this is the opportunity for you!
As a Day Porter, you'll be a key player on our team, ensuring our clients' properties always look their best. If you value accountability, reliability, and positivity, Katsam is the place for you!

  • COMPETITIVE PAY Starting at $17/hour
  • STEADY SCHEDULE 2 weeks training Monday through Friday 6am-2/3 PM, Regular schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday & weekends as needed.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • DRIVE TO PROPERTIES Use company vehicles to travel efficiently between job sites.
  • REMOVE DEBRIS Keep flower beds and landscaped areas free of trash and debris.
  • EMPTY TRASH CANS Ensure bins are clean and surrounding areas look great.
  • HANDLE CLIENT REQUESTS Tackle special tasks like removing items from trash areas.
  • KEEP IT CLEAN Walk the property to ensure it's always clean, safe, and inviting.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?

You'll excel in this role if you:
  • Have a valid driver's license (Class E or better) with a clean record.
  • Are dependable and accountable, taking pride in quality work.
  • Can work outdoors in all weather conditions and stay active throughout the day.
  • Have an eye for detail and a passion for making spaces look their best.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
