We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Day Porter to join our team in the Janitorial industry. As a Day Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our client's facilities. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including restrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed
• Monitor and replenish restroom supplies
• Ensure all surfaces are clean and sanitized
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Follow established safety procedures and protocols

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
