As a Day Habilitation Instructor at Anderson Center for Autism, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining instructional systems that promote learning, communication, social development, and quality of life for adults participating in our Day Habilitation programs. Through individualized support, team leadership, and evidence-based practices, you will help ensure that each person receives meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve their goals.
In this role, you'll work closely with Day Habilitation Specialists, behavioral staff, related service professionals, and program leadership to create engaging learning environments, implement Life Plan goals, support behavioral interventions, and ensure high-quality service delivery across program and community settings.
To actively support Anderson's mission by promoting and enhancing the quality of life (QofL) of the individuals we serve through thoughtful, comprehensive, and person-centered practices.

Pay Range: $22.50 - $27.70 per hour; based on certifications, experience and education
