La Gran Plaza Shopping Center is currently seeking diligent and responsible Day Cleaners to join our team. As a day cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our mall, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for our customers and tenants.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the mall, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, corridors, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials in designated areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of entranceways, windows, and glass surfaces.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance, and directions as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Experience, Knowledge and Education:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Additional Requirements:
- Successfully pass a pre-employment screening.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
