We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Cleaner to join our property management team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors. As a Day Cleaner, you will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, responding to customer needs, and ensuring our properties are clean and inviting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across the office and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and meeting rooms.
- Refill supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and disinfectant as needed.
- Assist with spill clean-ups and maintenance of safe, clutter-free spaces.
- Assist with the preparation and cleaning of vacant suites.
- Work closely with other team members to maintain cleanliness during office events or high-traffic periods.

Qualifications
Education & Training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus
- On-the-job training will be provided
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or needs to supervisors
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as necessary
