Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contract for day-to-day pro-active engagement with clients, execute various day-2 short projects within time
- Partnering with the stakeholders to ensure the clarity and understanding of the objectives and timelines and analyze the resource needs of the project
- Collaborate with various team members to get the required data and/or solutions for customer inquiry and requirements that are within scope
- Working with partners, internal stakeholders and clients, present weekly/ biweekly/ monthly & quarterly reviews
- Involves in draft review of contracts with customers and partners, supports negotiation efforts , ensure timely PO issuance and other associated activities that are required for the day-2 delivery
- Project/ forecast cost and revenue at regular intervals and in a position to present it internally
- Follows through various actions till closure
- Working with partners, internal stakeholders and corporate learning and development teams to put up and socialize the proposed training plan and/or knowledge transfer sessions
- Project oversight through proper guidance of the timelines, resource management and deliverables management, including minimum KPI/SLA development to determine the critical success factors of the engagement
- Manage the changes along the milestone engagements and liaise internally with the resources and externally with the clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Bachelors degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
- Competence and experience in managing complex deliveries of multiple stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate at both work level and leadership level
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills
- People management skills.
