Candidate must be self-motivated, team oriented and must possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills. The following skill sets are thus desired of this candidate:
DC Switching
? 6-10 years within Advanced / Professional Service role(s)
? 3-5 years of experience leading Nexus or ACI Design and Implementation Engagements
? Familiarity or Experience with ACI L4-7 and Firewall integration
? Familiarity or Experience with App Centric ACI Design and Integration
? Expert level knowledge in Cisco Nexus architecture and products
? Expert level knowledge in Data Center architecture
? Experience with Nexus 9K and VXLAN
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Demonstrated leadership of large complex projects
? Experience with Cisco Nexus platforms, ASR platforms
? Bachelor’s degree preferred
? Cisco Certified Internet Expert (CCIE) Data Center
? Strong Routing & Switching skills.
? Experience in programming Python, Ansible, or another language
? Experience with the DCNM and/or the Nexus Dashboard
? Experience with Linux
DC UCS
You optimally work independently and as part of a team to implement solutions for customers.
Generates network configurations from Low Level Design for complex networks.
Plans and executes highly complex Network Upgrade and Network Migration activity.
• 6-10 years within the field of Data Center compute engineering
• BS, CS, or University degree equivalent and 8+ years meaningful experience in compute and network engineering in data center environments.
• Interpersonal skills to include consulting, negotiation, presentation/demonstration, and written communication.
• Document creation such as method of procedures, solution design, installation procedures, testing procedures, troubleshooting guides, etc.
• Experience working with and providing consultation to customers
• 3-5 years of experience in design and implementing Cisco’s compute solutions
• Experience with compute and Firewall integration
• Expert level knowledge in Data Center compute architecture
• Experience with UCS and Hyperflex deployments
• Experience with other Cisco compute management platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
