14531 – Databricks Implementation Specialist (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Start Date ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
Experience in data quality, data governance, or data analysis. (5+ years)
Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
Experience with data quality concepts and governance frameworks.
Experience with SQL and data analysis.
Experience with translating business meaning into technical specifications.

Preferred:

Experience implementing domain‑level governance.
Experience with Medallion Architecture.
Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, finance, operational telemetry, or customer systems.
Experience with metadata catalogs, business glossaries, or lineage tools.
Experience with data modeling or semantic layer design.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of domain‑level data ownership structures.
Identify data products, rightful data stewards, and domain boundaries.
Facilitate governance workshops with business leaders and stewards.
Serve as the primary governance lead for assigned domains.
Steward Enablement & Methodology Execution
Guide stewards through the full governance methodology.
Support steward onboarding, training, and adoption of governance practices.
