Als Databeheerder ben jij onmisbaar in het betrouwbaar, overzichtelijk en veilig houden van onze data. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en structuur kunnen collega’s en systemen vertrouwen op correcte informatie.
Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met IT, data-analisten en verschillende businessafdelingen om onze datastromen continu te verbeteren en data-gedreven werken verder te versterken.
Beheren, structureren en actualiseren van datasets en databanken
Bewaken van datakwaliteit en oplossen van inconsistenties
Opstellen en naleven van richtlijnen en standaarden voor databeheer
Documenteren van dataprocessen en definities
Ondersteunen van collega’s bij vragen over data en systemen
Toezien op dataveiligheid en privacy
Optimaliseren van datastromen en bijdragen aan data-gedreven werken
Een afgeronde opleiding in IT, informatiemanagement, administratie of gelijkwaardig
Ervaring met databeheer, databases of datasystemen is een plus
Nauwkeurigheid, oog voor detail en een sterk analytisch vermogen
Probleemoplossend denken en een proactieve houding
Basiskennis van Excel, ERP-systemen (zoals SAP of Salesforce) of andere datatools
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
Een mensgerichte organisatie met veel aandacht voor welzijn en werkgeluk
