Database Solution Architect | THB 4-5M + Bonus | Enterprise Tech | Thailand-Based
Are you a database expert ready to take on a strategic, high-impact role with a rapidly expanding enterprise tech firm?
Were partnering with a leading global technology company to help grow their presence in Thailand. As a Database Solution Architect, you'll be the go-to expert for customers across ASEAN, guiding them through database design, migration, deployment, and optimization,n particularly within cloud environments and enterprise-scale systems.
Act as a subject matter expert in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
Lead technical discussions, proof of concept (POC) projects, and solution delivery across the customer lifecycle.
Design, deploy, and support cloud-based database solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alicloud, etc.).
Represent cutting-edge database products in customer meetings, translating business pain points into technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
Stay ahead of industry trends to inform competitive positioning.
8+ years experience in customer-facing technical roles (pre-sales or post-sales), ideally with 2+ years in a solution architect role at a database or cloud-focused company.
Strong SQL expertise (particularly MySQL and/or Oracle).
Hands-on experience with cloud database environments.
Background as a Database Administrator (DBA) or similar technical role is a plus.
Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
Must be fluent in Thai; proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a bonus.
Competitive base salary of THB 4-5 million per year (100% base, no commission).
15-month salary package
Full-time, permanent position.
Regional travel across ASEAN is expected.
Application development experience (Java, Python, NodeJS, .NET).
Experience in sectors like e-commerce, fintech, or logistics.
